Georgian Bay General Hospital
A 25-year Master Plan/Master Program for the hospital, including the implementation of Phase 1 within an active facility. The project involved partial demolition and a 7,000 sq. ft. addition featuring a new triage registration and waiting area, trauma suite, communications areas, treatment rooms, secure observation rooms, an isolation exam room, and a dedicated ambulance entrance.

Burlington Transit 
A multi-phase redevelopment and expansion of a 40,200 sq. ft. municipal transit facility, including a 27,100 sq. ft. two-storey addition and long-term phasing strategies to support the City’s future growth. The project modernized administration, maintenance, and storage operations while maintaining uninterrupted transit services, with a focus on sustainable and environmentally conscious infrastructure.

Providence Healthcare
A 14-year portfolio of capital projects, including a 288 bed long-term care redesign and implementation, palliative care redevelopment, Alzheimer’s Day program, a knowledge centre, diagnostic imaging suite, and telecommunications infrastructure improvements.
