Georgian Bay General Hospital
A 25-year Master Plan/Master Program for the hospital, including the implementation of Phase 1 within an active facility. The project involved partial demolition and a 7,000 sq. ft. addition featuring a new triage registration and waiting area, trauma suite, communications areas, treatment rooms, secure observation rooms, an isolation exam room, and a dedicated ambulance entrance.

Bethany Lodge
A portfolio of capital projects including the redevelopment of a 128-bed long-term care facility (Bethany Lodge), a fourth-floor expansion to a seniors’ life lease building (Bethany Courts), and extensive renovations to an assisted living facility (Bethany Manor).
