Founding Partner
Mike Da Silva began the firm in 1986, after spending 6 years as a partner of a family based business with his brothers and father. Throughout the years, Mike has played a key role in all major projects carried out by the firm, cultivating strong and lasting relationships with clients, employees, contractors, consultants, and suppliers. Areas of specialization include design, engineering, and construction management.
Managing Partner
Michael joined the firm in 2001. Michael earned his bachelor degree (BAS) in Canada and his master’s degree (MSc) in the UK. He is also professionally trained as a quantity surveyor (Canada) and a chartered surveyor (UK), which is the equivalent of a construction cost accountant. Michael has led business operations since 2015.
